How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our services, meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations, and resolving any disputes.
Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are normally retained for up to 12 months. Client records are normally retained for up to six years after the end of an engagement unless a longer retention period is required by law. Financial records are retained in accordance with UK legal and tax requirements. When personal information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
